In main school levels in Tanzania in precise reality there were and are not any specified pupils’ teacher-counselors. Nonetheless, the exercise is left to teachers themselves to resolve what is to be performed since there isn’t a programmed or time-tabled exercise regarding steerage and counseling. Academics are left to use a part of the educating to follow steerage and counseling in and out of doors the classroom although not all academics have gone teacher-counselor training. As kids enter college they want orientation on college itself, its surroundings, faculty neighborhood and the curriculum to encourage and develop constructive angle toward learning and college neighborhood as properly (Biswalo, 1996). Because the pupils grow older and go through totally different grades they have to be directed in studying abilities, overcome studying difficulties and other school associated issues. But this exercise is just not performed systematically in primary colleges in Tanzania.
