Line Cook Training Program – Stage NYC is a FREE 12-week culinary training program designed to satisfy the rising demand for certified kitchen workers in New York Metropolis’s restaurants while concurrently rising access for young adults trying to start their careers in the culinary arts.
Led by Jennifer Lewis, interim dean of Continuing Education and Workforce Coaching, the team also includes Molly Ash, an educational operations specialist; Linda Waring, director of the faculty’s Office Learning Useful resource Center, and Paolo Espaldon, a grants supervisor.
